If you wish to cancel your order you can do 24h after order is made.

Most of the orders are fulfilled after payment is received. We do not accept returns of custom made products, but we agree to fix it till it fits.

Please prepare to return unworn, clean clothes with packing. 

If there are shipping costs regarding extra fixing, costs are paid by buyer and seller.

We are responsible for every detail of production but not the shipping process. Shipping after Covid-19 came into our lives is very sensitive and can vary according to situation changes.
